ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Ray Stache is a Senior Director in C&W’s Atlanta Industrial Brokerage group. Mr. Stache specializes in assisting national and international companies and institutions with all aspects of real estate requirements. This includes disposition of assets, site location, and new facility development. He is the area leader for C&W’s Global Supply Chain Solutions Group.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining C&W in 1994, Mr. Stache spent 11 years at CB Richard Ellis in Southern California, where he also specialized in industrial brokerage.


MEMBERSHIPS
He serves on C&W’s Industrial Executive Board and the board of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce’s Atlanta Logistics Innovation Council. In addition, he is a member of C&W’s Global Supply Chain Solutions Group, the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).

He is also on the Board of Directors of The Study Hall, an after school education program for underprivileged children grade K-8.

LISA BOSSHARDT PITTMAN

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Lisa Bosshardt Pittman is an Associate Director in Cushman & Wakefield's Atlanta office.  She has completed more than 18.4 millsion square feet of transaction assignments valued at $471 million over the past 5 years.  Ms. Pittman provides transaction management services, including lease acquisitions and dispositions, and the purchases and sales of real estate assets on a national level.

Previously an associate with C&W's Southeast-based Corporate Services Practice Group, Ms. Pittman's clients included:

She promoted and managed marketing initiatives for existing clients, business development, and the streamlining of the on-site account management process.

Ms. Pittman joined C&W as a Research Associate in 2004.  In this role, she was responsible for the statistical compilation and reporting of 500 million sf of industrial product in the Metro Atlanta area.  In addition, Ms. Pittman provided broker support, maintained in-house listings, and authored quarterly submarket reports and C&W's MarketBeat series.


MEMBERSHIPS
Ms. Pittman is a licensed salesperson in the state of Georgia and a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Young Council of Realtors.  She is also an active participant in C&W Leadership, a local program aimed at educating and training new professionals in C&W's Atlanta office.
